The Kingston Chamber Orchestra was established in 1986, and since that time has been serving the community in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames through public concerts and has raised funds for charities through dedicated concert performances.

The members of the KCO include professionals, teachers, semi-professionals and keen amateurs, and the orchestra performs a wide range of classical music to a high standard of performance.

As a small arts organisation, we rely on regular donations from members of the orchestra, ticket sales, and donations and sponsorships from individuals and local businesses. We receive no regular public funding.

As arts funding becomes increasingly difficult to find, your financial support becomes ever more valuable. It helps us to continue producing high quality public performances on a sustainable basis, in an environment of ever increasing costs.

You can become a Friend of the Kingston Chamber Orchestra by giving a donation of £100, either as a one-off amount, or as a regular donation. You will be prominently listed as a Friend in our concert programmes, and here on our website (unless you prefer anonymity). You can make a  one-time donation, or donate regularly by monthly standing order. As Kingston Chamber Orchestra is a registered charity, you can boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate!

Please contact us if you would like to become a Friend of the KCO.
